Brief

To supply a temporary loo installation for the main Rugby World Cup hospitality facility at Eden Park, Auckland for a capacity of 2500 – 3000 guests. in October 2011. No drainage available on the site. General interior design of the facility was “All Black” with the loos required to engage in the theme.

Solution

IGLOOS Panelled loos were the most efficient products to transport in container units due to the flat pack nature of the design. IGLOOS designed a new range of dark wood basins and doors with bespoke rugby ball chrome push plates to reflect the theme.

IGLOOS flew one technician to site to oversee the installation and employed 4 local workers to assist with installation and 2 to assist with de-rig. Consumables and walling materials were sourced from local contractors. IGLOOS vacuum loo tanks were installed to collect the waste and were emptied by local contractors between event days. Mains water was available on the site.
